20/2/22 ***The idea here is to keep on writing even if there is nothing to write

 What lies beyond writing is the ability to take action.

Therefore I write so that tomorrow I just get up and go.

I think I am recovering.  The food is the cause.

Basically there are three intervals to exercise in a day.

I can [t]o (do) one hour per interval every day.

I need to stay outdoor more often.

Either that or I do the Eciplital 30 minutes.

My issue is I don't like to sweat.

If I can solve the sweating issue, I will be on the go

So tonight I tackle this sweating issue.  I wash the clothes immediately.

I already get the hang of being on my own.

Starting from tomorrow:

  • 6:00 am - 8:00 am
  • 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
  • 8:30 pm - 9:30 pm
I have so much time.

The aim is to fight insulin resistance.

It has been a month now that I experienced hyperactive brain.  Now is to fight back with being physically active again.

As I deal with the insulin resistance, I am putting in more effort to be physically active.

What do I have to worry?  I walk more tha[t] (than) I sit.

Don't forget about Jumping Jack.

All I need to do is WALK.

Tonight I walk for one hour.  Either that I do the Elliptical Machine.

That is the way.  I need to get it going no matter what.

Otherwise, I am back to square one.
