What lies beyond writing is the ability to take action.
Therefore I write so that tomorrow I just get up and go.
I think I am recovering. The food is the cause.

Basically there are three intervals to exercise in a day.
I can [t]o (do) one hour per interval every day.
I need to stay outdoor more often.
Either that or I do the Eciplital 30 minutes.
My issue is I don't like to sweat.
If I can solve the sweating issue, I will be on the go
So tonight I tackle this sweating issue. I wash the clothes immediately.

Starting from tomorrow:
- 6:00 am - 8:00 am
- 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
- 8:30 pm - 9:30 pm
