15/2/22 ^^^I need to fight this for the next four days

 I have to do it now.

Only do I do it now can I regulate my sleep again.

From four days then it is two weeks.

Two weeks extends to one month.

That's the immediate goal, one and a half months.

Then I up the ante with Ramadan.

Once I have the flow in Ramadan, then I start running.

No matter what I have to run.


This year, I will proceed with the Statue of David 2022 in June and 11 km Bukit Kiara Hill Run.


Do not lose sight of the goal.
