10/2/22 ^^^Always start at the basics

 No matter what is the case, it has to start with a good night's sleep.  Followed by a one-hour exercise.  Finally by eating right.

I will repeat this mantra until I make it a daily practice.

This is no rocket science.  This is color by number.

Now, my aim is to walk the 21 km Bukit Kiara for four hours.  It is better I achieve my goal than be ambitious and not achieve anything.

  • Running and Core MWF.
  • Walk Bukit Kiara and lift weight TTh
  • Elliptical and Skip Rope Sat
  • Boxing and Running Drill Sun
