For the time being, let's do a 4HAD walk a day.
Let's maximize walking. Set that as a target for the day.
I still think that private victory is important.
I decided not to go for the Gaysha bit.
I figured if I manage to cover the walking routine in Ramadan, I will be on the roll.

My frustration with IF is I cannot hold on to OMAD. If I can do that, I am very motivated indeed.
I do 4HAD and OMAD as my Ramadan protocol.

OK, I am back on my groove. This time I do it with walking 4HAD am/pm
After walking for 3 months, I start running in June.
Once I am into the groove I will be in motion to hit 4HAD and OMAD.
