Although this is a 2022 blog, it was created on 20/12/21; the day Sparta 4964 became the Mobius Strip on my desktop.
No matter what, I will have issues sleeping at night until I start exercising again.
That means I can't sleep like norma[n] (normal) any time soon.
I still try to sleep like usual.
