To achieve that I clock in AHAD, FMEH, and OMAD daily.

I have to keep repeating the mantra until it becomes my daily programming.

25/12/24  Judgement of Heaven = 21 km Hill Run

26/12/24  X-Factor Day = Poem of Death

27/12/24 All as Gods Day = Double Chocolate Gelato.
