I made a little progress today. Still eat Sugar and Flour but much better than yesterday.
By the end of Ramadan, I expect to lose *[to lose] 15 kg.

Hahaha... funny, I just got 2 kg worth of dates from the Government of Saudi Arabia through Princess's work arrangement with JAWI (Department of Islamic Affairs, Federal Territory).
Say, OMAD is the key. If not there will be food restrictions. This way I still eat rice but one serving.
Darn, not good to exercise outside. The patio is under renovation. There will be too much dirt.
My challenge now is to sleep well so that I can exercise in the morning.
My strategy now is to [to] take a shower after I wake up.
This is my plan during Ramadan, I need to reset back my diet and exercise.
