So that's it... Out of the game before I exceed my own limit.
I am pretty satisfied with what I got not. Nothing that I have now can exceed my expectation.
That is the nature of the game.
PRIORITY 1: to reduce food
PRIORITY 2: to increase movement
PRIORITY 3: to take the [f]ight (right) kind of food.
Rightfully I should only eat OMAD. However, now I can only afford 16/8 IF.

Seriously, I cannot remain satiated. I am very hungry. This is insulin resistance.
I need to play by the gut feeling.
That is my game plan.
