1/1/22 ###Upping the ante on Sugar and Flour

 Today everybody is still in a celebratory mood.  Myself included.  However, my mindset is to not have Sugar and Flour.

You'll be surprised at how by having a different mindset, I create a more resolute awareness.

Therefore tomorrow's strategy is to go with 18 Hrs IF.

That is why isolation is a resource.  By being alone I am becoming self-reliant.

Certainly, diet goes hand-in-hand with exercise.

This is it, folks.  If we make it with Sugar and Flour, we cross the finishing line towards Health and Happiness.

From my experience, Sugar makes me tired and lazy.

I have to fight inertia until I establish a routine all over again.

Like most of you, I am starting from scratch.

It starts with a goodnight's sleep.  That's the way it is.

Over and over again until I subdue the desire.

It is an addiction,  It takes a while to admit that we are sugar addicts,

Just think about it, there is NO nutritional benefit of Sugar and Flour.

The more we take, the more we want.

So we stick to the game plan;

  • Sleep Well
  • Move More
  • Eat Right
Personally, if I want to draw a straight line, mine will be from 0 to 21 km Hill Run in 3 years.

That's my journey.  The Personal Mastery and No Sugar and Starch are the tributaries,

Now that I know what I want, I just PAY THE PRICE!

Isolation is absolutely necessary.  By being in isolation I think of nothing else,

That is the part I need to develop.  The ability to keep my eyes on the ball.

The real battle [] (is) with Eating Right.  If we can control what and when we eat, we will win the battle.

Meanwhile, our insurance policy is to exercise. It will not make you thin, but it helps with the increased metabolic rate.
