7/2/22 ***This afternoon, I will definitely exercise

 As long as I am physically active, I should be mentally alert.

Thus, keep on moving.

The medication really turned my sleep schedule haywire.

Eating bananas really help with potassium and dopamine. 

Today is better than yesterday.

Until I regain back the momentum for Athlete4Life, it is inching myself to move on a daily basis.

It is really weird I tell ya.  Here I am at the peak of my physical health and the next day, I simply crashed.

According to Google, I was exhausted or burnout.

Today is indeed a better day for sure.
