You may think it is a walk in the park from here on. Not necessarily.
The formula is:

- Sell them on the Shared Vision
- Align the Vision and the Values
- Attune the various Self-Developed Work Teams
- Follow-up and follow-through
Along the way, you got to manage the Eclipse of Change.
At each step, you need good leaders. In our case, we are the flight of the geese.
We need to establish this from the beginning. Everybody must be clear that we follow the geese formation. Otherwise, the no higher-arch-y model doesn't hold water.
Why do you think I got MUDA to be involved in the relay yesterday? I want *[d]o (to) create as many thought leaders based on a flat organization.
* The concept is, instead of standing or sitting, we all lie down. When we lie down, regardless of whether we are tall or short, we are of the same height.

I will not hold it against you should you choose to stay where you are. But if you say your life and death are for Allah, this is the door to my House of Sha.
