Well, basically I followed the protocol all the way. I had a small talk with Big I while in bed and then I knocked off until 8:00 am this morning. A solid 8 hours sleep. Do note that I normally wake up at 4:00 am every day. This time, I simply dozed off. I had a few pleasant dreams but I forgot what they were.
All I remember is I will have a great walk with Mr. BJ Sir this new year.
