20/12/21 ^^^The day I complete the journey of the Journeyman

 So now the lure is no longer about collecting my bounty.  I already collected that.

I don't really want to think about the run right now.

What I am keen to do really is to run for one hour every other day.

I want to live my life according to Wu Wei.

I think I had found the formula.  That is to tweak 5MEH into 5 segments instead of 9 segments.

That is one aspect of Athlete4Life.

The other aspect is to eat OMAD with 20 grams of carbs.

My definition of Wu Wei is to flow.

Do not fight it.  Don't even have to push it.

If it gets too hard, step backward.  If it gets too easy, step forward.  It's like a dance.  Instead of a blow for blow, the approach is through angular momentum.

I definitely can do Wu Wei.  That is basically applying the Mobius Strip in my physical motion.

I will be fluid and in harmony with the chi.

After all, tai chi is applying Wu Wei in a circular motion.

No matter what, always *ho[w] (hold) on to the notion that I will flow and time will follow.

* The easiest is through breathing.  I have several techniques depending on what I want to achieve.

I started with 7 inhale -21 hold - 14 exhale

There is 2 inhale - 3 exhale or the other way around

There is also 2 inhale - 1 exhale

My favorite is 5 inhale - 5 exhale

Finally, the easiest to remember is 3 inhale - 4 hold - 5 exhale.

I am never into the usual lotus posture meditation.

So I flow using my breath.

The other is simply moving your hands in a figure-eight motion.  I tried looking for the right kind of music, can't find the right one.

20/12/21  My Letter of Complain to Infinite Intelligence

Dear Big I,

Why are people so obsessed with instant gratification?

Don't people believe in the power of imagination anymore?  Everything has to be on the table.  Beyond sight is something nonexistence.

Sometimes I think, all these people are nothing more than automatons in SimCity.

OK, I will not write you[] response.  Sufficient that I know you are a fair being.

20/12/21  3 Types of People Who Deserve Sparta 4964 

1.  People who are kind to me.

2.  People who spend more than 50% of their wealth (including Intellectual Property) in pleasing God.

3.  Finally, people who are thankful to God on daily basis.

Other than that, you all stay in Sidratul Muntaha as my permanent guests.  The rest of Sparta 4964 is off-limits.

Otherwise, you create your own universe OUTSIDE Sparta 4964 using your own building blocks.

I will no longer discuss matters pertaining to Sparta 4964 with the public.

As I mentioned, Sparta 4964 is my universe.
